Framework for designing guardrails and controls at enterprise level (governance, committees, policies, training, SOPs, risk frameworks) and system level across the Gen AI lifecycle, split into technical guardrails (filtering and control, customised model design, red teaming, prompt design) and process guardrails (human-in-the-loop moderation, user transparency and consent, user feedback, monitoring and validation).
