For state and local workforce boards

The framework is published. Now you need training that delivers it.

TEN 07-25 set out five content areas and seven delivery principles. Your board has to find training that teaches them, and records that survive an audit.

The program

AI Literacy & Professional Conduct

142 topics. Self paced, browser based, English and Spanish. Mapped to the DOL framework and to EU AI Act Article 4. Every topic ends in a pass gate, and every participant leaves with a verifiable record.

  • Every topic, the professor who tutors you through it, and the labs
  • A pass gate on every topic, so completion means proven, not attended
  • Scenario work scored against a rubric, plus the open book Mastery Exam
  • A signed credential an employer can verify independently, English and Espanol

Why the usual options fail an audit

Attendance is not an outcome

A completion certificate proves someone sat in a room. Your measures are about capability.

Most AI training is awareness only

Short courses ending in a quiz are cheap, and leave participants no more employable.

Employers cannot verify anything

A participant says they finished AI training. The employer has no way to check, so it does not convert into a hire.

The framework mapping is published on the program page, area by area, rather than kept behind a sales call. See the DOL alignment.

Your procurement checklist

Use this on any vendor, including us.

  • Mapped to the five content areas and seven delivery principles, with the mapping published.
  • A pass gate per topic, so a completion in your report means demonstrated understanding.
  • Applied judgment, not recall: scored against a rubric on real workplace decisions.
  • A per participant record with dates and scores, exportable the day you are asked.
  • Self paced and browser based, because participants are working or between shifts.
  • English and Spanish, or it does not serve the whole region.

GAGE meets that list. The credential is what changes the employer conversation: a signed record they can open and check, not a claim they take on faith.

It refuses to do graded work. That is the difference between learning and completion theater.

Start with one cohort

Run a small cohort, including your most skeptical career coach. Look at the pass rates and whether participants can explain what they learned. If the records help your employer partners, scale. If not, you spent very little finding out.

Plainly: GAGE is not a DOL approved provider, and we make no claim about funding eligibility or WIOA outcome credit. That determination is yours and your state's. We publish the mapping so your team can judge it against your own rules.

Talk to the person who built it

I am Frank Carrasco. I built this program and verify its regulatory claims myself. Call me and I will tell you plainly whether it fits your participants, including when it does not.
