Proven, not attended
The AI Lobbyist: Certified AI Policy Strategist
Every other program teaches you to live under the rules of AI. This one makes you the person in the room when the rules are written.
For the person who speaks for an organization when AI rules are written: policy, public affairs, legal.
How do I become the AI policy point person my organization actually sends to the Hill?
By knowing the rulebooks so precisely that compliance becomes persuasion. The frameworks are not the obstacle in an AI policy fight, they are the ammunition: a requirement you can quote to the article, a deadline you can date, a penalty tier you get right when the other side reaches for the bigger number. That precision is what makes a staffer believe you, and a staffer who believes you is how a position moves. This program builds the artifacts that work is made of, the framework matrix, the one-page Hill briefer, the comment letter, the stakeholder map, the crisis protocol and the economic case, then attacks them with AI opposition before they meet a human one. It is taught entirely inside legal and ethical lines, with the lines named to statutory precision, because knowing exactly where they are is itself elite practice.

The Simulation Lab: Pressure Testing
Your position is attacked by AI opposition before it ever meets a human one, and your stakeholder map from Module 12 is what gets attacked. Every other program teaches you the rules; this one has you defend a case under fire.
The credential you earn
Not a certificate of attendance. A living record of what you proved, at a permanent link an employer can open, read and question.
- ✓Every one of the 120 topics, with the score you earned on eachNobody has to take your word for which parts you actually passed.
- ✓A Mastery Score built from two halvesHalf earned topic by topic, each topic's check and teach-back averaged; half at the summit exam or capstone.
- ✓An employer can ask it questionsThe record answers from the topics you passed, and says so when something was not covered.
A real specimen with this program's real modules and topics. The learner and the scores are examples, labeled on the record itself.

Compliance becomes the arsenal here. You convert statutory requirements into talking points a staffer can act on in ten seconds, and the one-page Hill briefer you build is the artifact the later modules keep returning to.

Compliant influence architecture is where the covenant becomes mechanics: every tactic carries its LDA, FARA, FEC and APA disclosure obligations, and the deceptive version is taught only as what the law forbids and what to detect in an opponent.

The simulation lab attacks the work you have already built. Your stakeholder map, your briefer and your economic case are pressure tested by AI opposition, which is cheaper than learning the same lesson in a hearing room.

The capstone assembles everything into the Elite Playbook dossier and then defends it. Your credential opens that dossier, so what an employer verifies is the work itself, not a claim about it.

What a recruiter and your board see
A record instead of a claim: a permanent link listing every topic you passed with the score you earned, signed so an altered copy fails verification, and able to answer an employer’s questions only from what you actually passed. No outside body accredits GAGE and this page does not pretend one does. What it offers instead is evidence anyone can open in seconds and test, and the tests to put it through are published.

How mastery is proven
Completion is not the bar here. Every claim on your credential is earned through assessment, and your final Mastery Score is built from two halves. The first half is where the teach-back lives.
Every topic ends with a server-graded check: pass at 80% or the next topic stays shut. Where a topic’s own recording is loaded (6 of 120 today, and growing), it also ends with a teach-back: you explain the lesson in your own words and it is graded against that recording on four dimensions. A topic’s score is the average of what it asked of you, and the running average across topics is half of your Mastery Score.
Finish every topic and face the summit: a timed, open book final exam of scenario judgment (open book on purpose: we test judgment, not memory), or a rubric-graded capstone project you actually build.
Your credential lives at a permanent signed URL. Employers scan it, see every verified competency with real scores, and can ask it questions grounded in what you actually passed.
Scenario responses are graded on four dimensions no multiple-choice exam can measure:
One focused 30-minute session per topic on the required path. The depth (full read, audio, slides, infographic, prompts) is there when you want it, never forced.
Your passed explanations become part of your credential. An employer who scans it can read how you explained each topic, in your words, if you choose to share them. You own your work and the dossier is off until you turn it on.
What every topic gives you
The lesson, the vocabulary, the prompt library, the scenario and the assessment are on every topic. Video, slides and audio are added as each program is recorded, and a topic shows only the formats it actually has.
Built sourced, shipped verified
Every topic is researched against real, cited sources, then scanned for gaps, bias, hallucination, and outdated material before it ships. Every review pass is logged with evidence, so the quality bar is verifiable, not a claim. The content you learn from has been pressure-tested before it reaches you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Both, and the whole argument of the program is that they are the same skill. You learn the frameworks precisely enough that compliance becomes your arsenal: a requirement you can quote exactly is a talking point nobody in the room can wave away. The person who knows the statute better than the opposition is the person the staffer believes.
The lines are named to statutory precision and the program stays inside them, because knowing exactly where they are is itself elite practice. Every tactic ships with the disclosure obligations attached: LDA, FARA, FEC, APA. Astroturfing, synthetic grassroots and hand-picked independent validators appear only as what the law prohibits and what to detect in an opponent, anchored to real cases where the fake version ended careers. Officials' families are never influence targets, and opposition research is public record only.
Because the program assumes you already know how a bill moves and what a docket is, and it spends its time on the part nobody teaches: converting a regulatory requirement into a case that moves a chairman. Professional experience in policy, law, advocacy or government affairs, or completion of Certified AI Practitioner: Workplace Foundations, is enough.
No, and it is built not to be. Both parties' frames are taught respectfully and in their strongest form, because a lobbyist who can only argue one side is useless the moment the committee changes hands.
The practice is American and the law is global. The disclosure regime taught in depth is the US one, the Lobbying Disclosure Act, FARA, FEC rules and the Administrative Procedure Act, and the rooms you learn to work are the committee, the docket and the agency. The frameworks you learn to wield are international, the EU AI Act most of all, because that is the instrument your client is actually exposed to. A closing module works the Brussels institutions directly: the Transparency Register, Parliament access, the Commission and comitology, the trilogue, and the EU codes of conduct set against the US rules you already know. So a Brussels practitioner gets real EU practice and full command of the law, and a Washington practitioner gets the deeper disclosure training. If your work is entirely inside the EU institutions and never touches Washington, take this for the frameworks and the method, and keep your own counsel on EU registration detail.
No. The program adapts to your role: executive, technical, legal, clinical, or any other.
No. The grader reads for understanding, not for writing. Spelling, grammar and typing mistakes are never counted against you, and plain words that show you really understood the lesson score higher than polished sentences that only repeat its terms. If typing in English is the harder part, you can speak your explanation instead.
Every topic is researched against real sources and checked for gaps, bias, hallucination, and outdated material before it ships. When the rules move, the content moves with them.
A completion record with your assessment score. Pass every core topic and the program mastery exam to earn your signed GAGE credential: a living record anyone can verify in seconds by scanning its QR seal. Bonus tracks add visible evidence but never gate the credential.
Many certification bodies accept self-reported outside training: IAPP members, for example, can self-report relevant non-IAPP training at 1 CPE per hour of study, validated by proof of completion or an assessment, within 90 days of the activity. Your GAGE credential is built for exactly that kind of proof: it records the program and every mastery assessment you passed, with scores, at a link your certifying body can open. Check your own body's policy before relying on it.
