Our persuasion charter
We shape what people notice, feel and do, using only techniques we would be willing to show them.
This page is that showing. Every lever the product pulls is named below, with the place you can go and look at it. We teach AI governance, so a company that would not describe its own persuasion would be asking you for a trust it had not earned.
What we use, and where it lives
| Lever | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| Curiosity | The question in the hero. You answer before anything is asked of you. |
| Instant competence feedback | The graded diagnosis: what you caught, what you missed, and the misconception, against a source we cite. |
| Loss aversion | The save point. It is honest because the loss is real: the grading route stores nothing, so the score genuinely ends when the tab does. |
| Endowed progress | Your record opens with the answer you already gave, not with an empty page. |
| Open loops | Every grade ends in a follow up question, so there is always a next step rather than a dead end. |
| Goal gradient | Short milestones: the next topic and the next badge, never a wall of one hundred and forty four. |
| Commitment and consistency | The one routing question after you join, and the sentence you write about why you are here. |
| Identity | The record. We talk about the person who can prove it, because that is what the product actually produces. |
| The IKEA effect | Your own explanations, artifacts and dossier are shown front and center. The work is yours. |
| Reciprocity | Free instruments, free lessons, a free graded try. Each one ends in a save point rather than an email wall. |
| Social proof | Real learner outcomes, with their consent, or nothing at all. |
| Scarcity | Real caps only: a founding cohort with a seat count, a live clinic with a room. |
| Urgency | Live finish dates and verified regulatory dates, both of which you can check yourself. |
What we will not do
- Subliminal content of any kind.
- Fake countdown timers, or scarcity we made up.
- Invented statistics, and invented testimonials.
- Confirm-shaming: no decline button that insults the person pressing it.
- Guilt notifications.
- Cancellation that is harder than signing up.
- Claiming we are the only teach-back platform, or any other superlative we cannot show you.
