These terms govern your use of GAGE (Global Academy of Generative-AI Education). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Using the courses
Access is for your own learning. You may not resell, share, scrape, or redistribute the course content, prompts, or assessments, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
AI features
The tutor, grader, and other AI features can be wrong or incomplete. They are learning aids, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Verify anything important before relying on it.
Completion records
Completion records reflect the assessments you passed within GAGE, and we describe them accurately as evidence of the mastery you demonstrated.
Your work stays yours
You own what you write. Scenario responses, exam answers, capstone projects, and anything else you submit remain your intellectual property, and they often contain your employer’s confidential context, which is exactly why we do not claim them. You grant GAGE a limited licence to store your submissions, grade them, re-review them if you appeal a score, and display them as the evidence behind your credential to anyone you share that credential with. We may also study aggregated, anonymized patterns across many learners to improve the teaching. We will not publish your work, quote it, or use it in marketing without asking you first and getting your written agreement.
Access, payment, and refunds
The opening topics of every program are open to anyone, with no account and no payment. Full access to a program is obtained by purchase, or by a complimentary grant from GAGE. Prices are published at /pricing in US dollars, and payment is processed by Square; GAGE never receives or stores your card number. A purchase grants access to the program bought, and access does not expire. Discount codes are valid only as stated when issued. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our refund policy at /refund-policy, which forms part of these terms: in short, 14 days to change your mind, and a full refund ends access and marks any credential issued for that program as withdrawn. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights you hold as a consumer in your own country, including the right of withdrawal for buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
