Member institutions identified common Gen AI use cases (chatbots, data analysis, knowledge search, content creation, etc.) grouped into seven categories, then, leveraging the MindForge risk taxonomy, identified the most prevalent Gen AI risks impacting those categories (14 risks identified, 4 outside the data-management scope).
