Systemic risks of multi-agent systems (v1.5)
Is this legally binding?
Guidance. Voluntary guidance. Best practice, not obligation, until a contract or a regulator cites it.
The v1.5 update (20 May 2026) expanded guidance on multi-agent risks, reported to name systemic risks such as agent sprawl, miscoordination, conflict, collusion and emergent behavior. v1.0 already covered system-level risks (cascading effects, unpredictable outcomes).
