FEAT Principles published (12 Nov 2018)

Is this legally binding?

Supervisory expectation. Not law. It is what your supervisor examines you against, which is not the same as optional.

MAS published the FEAT Principles on 12 November 2018, co-created with the financial industry through the FEAT Committee, developed in coordination with PDPC and IMDA. Paragraph 1.4 was updated on 7 February 2019 to reflect PDPC's Model AI Governance Framework.
