'Organisation' (s 2(1); s 4)

The PDPA binds 'organisations', any individual, company, association or body of persons, corporate or unincorporated, wherever formed or resident. Public agencies, and individuals acting in a personal or domestic capacity or as employees, are excluded from the main obligations.
