Withdrawal of Consent (s 16)

Binding. Binding law. It applies to everyone in scope, whether or not anyone points at it.

Individuals may withdraw consent at any time on reasonable notice; the organisation must inform them of likely consequences, must not prohibit withdrawal, and must cease (and cause its data intermediaries to cease) collecting, using or disclosing the data.
