“(a) Truth-seeking. LLMs shall be truthful in responding to user prompts seeking factual information or analysis. (b) Ideological Neutrality. LLMs shall be neutral, nonpartisan tools that do not manipulate responses in favor of ideological dogmas such as DEI.”
