Section 4: criminal enforcement against AI enabled crime

Is this legally binding?

Binding, sectoral. Binding, but only for a defined population: one regulated sector, or the federal government and the vendors it buys from.

Directs the Attorney General to prioritise existing federal criminal statutes, including 18 U.S.C. 1028, 1030 and 1343, against actors using AI for unauthorised computer access and fraud. Existing crimes, prioritised, not new ones.
