GUIDANCE taxonomy: Model Providers develop/make available GenAI Models; System Providers develop/make available GenAI Systems; System Deployers use/enable GenAI Systems under their authority. One organisation may hold multiple roles; obligations follow PDPA role (organisation vs data intermediary).
