Agentic AI Governance: Applied Mastery

You will not study agentic AI governance. You will deploy an agent under the first comprehensive national governance framework for agentic AI (IMDA's Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI v1.5, launched at Davos in January 2026) and defend that deployment against red-team review. Across the program you build one artifact section by section: a conformance dossier for an agent deployment in your own organization, covering the system description, capability and autonomy classification, bounding measures, accountability map, control architecture and threat model, test plan, rollout and incident response, multi-agent risks, user-facing disclosure, and regulatory exposure. Every control decision must cite the framework element and the risk it addresses; an impressive dossier with no derivation trail fails. The capstone is not an essay. It is your complete dossier surviving an AI-simulated red team that attacks it the way a regulator, a security reviewer, and the smartest person in the room would. Regulatory content carries explicit ESTABLISHED, EMERGING, or SPECULATIVE labels with as-of dates, because this field moves monthly and pretending otherwise is malpractice. Prerequisite: working fluency with AI tools and basic governance concepts; Module 0 bridges the gap for strong newcomers.
