This is the only vendor in the ledger whose own terms warn that deletion may not reach its copy. That single line should decide whether a workplace allows staff to paste anything work related into an assistant embedded in a social app. There is no processor agreement to sign, no retention period to point at, and outside Europe no published route to object, so the only control available is not using it for work.
