How each discipline defines it
The same term does different work depending on who is using it. These are the definitions as each program teaches them, unedited.
The single short story an organization tells about why it is deploying an AI system: what is changing, why, who it affects, and what the organization is doing about that. Treated in this program as a governance artifact judged by truth and survivability, not as a communications product judged by persuasion.
The three-act story (the honest problem, the journey with its hard middle named, the vivid destination) that carries a transformation emotionally, told at the organizational, team, and personal level, using only real cases.
