IMDA's voluntary framework (Version 1.0, 22 January 2026; Version 1.5, 20 May 2026, updated 5 June 2026), whose four dimensions, assess and bound risks upfront, make humans meaningfully accountable, implement technical controls, enable end-user responsibility, supply the design language for this topic's role and escalation path.
