Review trigger

An event that prompts a specific update to the dossier, such as a new system going live (update the inventory), a model version change (re-run the evaluation), a law shift (revisit the conformity file), or an incident (log, review, and check the eval suite). Trigger-based maintenance keeps a dossier from silently going stale.

The specific date or condition attached to any recall decision short of full retirement, under which the decision must be actively revisited with fresh evidence, preventing a provisional response from silently becoming permanent by default.

A stated event or date that would change a regulatory map row's classification or status, paired with a next review date. This program's own default cadence for regulatory claims is 90 days (see Topic 0.7).

A specific, named event (a vendor capability update, an anomalous monitoring alert, a change in the agent's stated task) that forces an early review of a credential decision, in addition to its scheduled calendar review date.

A named event (a regulator action, an adequacy-decision change, an enforcement date, a transfer-mechanism decision) that forces a re-decision on a destination. Review triggers make the shipping memo a living commitment rather than a one-time verdict.
