What it changes

For a buyer or a workplace AI policy

Zero data retention is the control most buyers ask for and the one most often misread. On this platform it does not cover everything: code execution containers are excluded, and flagged inputs and outputs can still be held for two years. If your requirement is that nothing survives the call, name the features you will use and check each against the eligibility table before you write the commitment into a policy or a customer answer.
