Two formats
The shape
Every field of a record
- id
- EAD-YYYY-NNNN. Permanent, never reused. The citation handle and the URL prefix.
- slug
- The readable part of the URL. May be corrected; the id never is.
- kind
- supply, standard, rule or question.
- verdict
- verified, announced, absent or open. See the method page for what each means.
- jurisdiction
- CN, EU, US, UK, JP, KR, DE or GLOBAL.
- answer
- The record in 30 to 80 words, standing alone.
- key_facts
- Short sentences, each one traceable to a source in the record.
- figures
- label, value, unit, as_of, and source, which indexes the record's sources. A figure is never printed without them.
- for_a_robot_maker
- What the record changes for somebody collecting or buying hours.
- search
- Only on absent records: where the ledger looked and when.
- sources
- name, url, type (primary or secondary), date. A verified record has at least one primary.
- related_ids
- Other records the row names.
- tags
- Free text keywords.
- date_added, last_verified, last_modified
- ISO dates. last_verified drives the freshness check; last_modified drives the sitemap.
How the verdicts are decided and what the gate refuses: the method page. Every change, dated: the changelog.
