Amends Georgia's private review agent law (O.C.G.A. §33-46-7.1): AI may automate utilization-review tasks, but no adverse determination may issue until a natural person conducts a review in which a clinical peer participates; AI may not supersede the clinical peer's judgment. Effective January 1, 2027. (Signed May 2026; exact date not confirmed.)
