Under prEN 18286 Section 10.2, management review inputs include internal audit results, post-market monitoring data, quality objective performance, and changes in regulatory requirements. Outputs include decisions on continual improvement, resource changes, and QMS updates. Management review minutes are among the primary evidence documents a notified body or market surveillance authority will request to verify the QMS is operational rather than merely documented.
