What the licence asks
Attribute. Name GAGE and link to the page you took it from. A link in the caption of a chart is enough.
Date it. The numbers move. A figure without a date will be wrong eventually and the tracker will get blamed for it.
Do not launder the status. If you quote a fine that is under appeal or annulled, say so. Half the value of this dataset is that it tracks what happened after the press release.
Take the raw data if it helps. The full dataset is downloadable as JSON and CSV from the data page. You do not need permission and you do not need to ask.
Last updated . Every record re verified . The tracker is checked every Monday, and the same day for any action under the AI Act.
