AI Act enforcement in Estonia
Estonia has proposed an AI Act authority in draft legislation but has not completed designation. No AI enforcement action has been recorded there on this tracker. The Article 5 prohibitions bind in Estonia regardless, and have since 2 February 2025.

The deadline in Article 70 for member states to designate their national competent authorities was 2 August 2025.
