AI Act enforcement in Lithuania
Lithuania has designated its AI Act market surveillance authority in national law. No AI enforcement action has been recorded there on this tracker. The Article 5 prohibitions bind in Lithuania regardless, and have since 2 February 2025.

The state of play in Lithuania
RRT, the Communications Regulatory Authority, is designated.
The deadline in Article 70 for member states to designate their national competent authorities was 2 August 2025. Designation in national law and notification of a single point of contact to the Commission are separate steps, and this register tracks the first. See the full register for how Lithuania compares.
