Handbook Section 03: guardrails design

Is this legally binding?

Guidance. Voluntary guidance. Best practice, not obligation, until a contract or a regulator cites it.

Framework for designing guardrails and controls at enterprise level (governance, committees, policies, training, SOPs, risk frameworks) and system level across the Gen AI lifecycle, split into technical guardrails (filtering and control, customised model design, red teaming, prompt design) and process guardrails (human-in-the-loop moderation, user transparency and consent, user feedback, monitoring and validation).
