The pattern in this sector

When a generative system is embedded in a designated very large online platform, the Commission can reach it under the Digital Services Act today, with a 6 percent of turnover ceiling that is higher than any tier in the AI Act. The Digital Omnibus also extended the AI Office's Article 88 competence to AI in very large platforms. Anyone modelling exposure as a single act is modelling it wrong.
